Description
Businesses along this strip repeatedly dump in back alley. Myself and neighbors have talked to owners about keeping space clean and have cleaned it for them but it has repeatedly become an issue and does not get cleaned unless we clean it. Most of the mess is in alley between 1103 and 1105 N 25th, but spills into alley between 1105 n 25th and 1106 n 26th. There is another pile of debris at the end of the alley between 1127 n 25th st. and 1125 n 26th st.
