Description
39th Street is a highly trafficked pedestrian area with no sidewalk. The connecting streets have partial sidewalks to complete this vital pedestrian access between Gillies Creek/Fulton to the Church Hill neighborhood safely. There is bound to be an incident or fatality with the lack of a speed bump, and the combined car traffic that uses the street much like the pedestrian traffic.
