Description
The tree has zero leaves and is entirely dead. It looses branches that hang over a busy sidewalk regularly. It is on the 5000 block of New Kent Road, it is the first tree in from the traffic light on the north side of the street. Our address is 1900 Westover Hills Blvd. We are on the corner. It is on the side of our house on New Kent Road.
