Description
This is a request to repair the broken guy-wire anchoring the first utility pole in the alley between the 2900 blocks of Moss Side and Noble at BPB (across BPB from Fleming’s Barber shop). The cable is snapped. I don’t see anywhere on 311 to register a problem with a utility pole, except here. Also to complete this request in the app, I’m required to choose a sub type that doesn’t apply. So maybe the app could be revised to include utility pole problems that are not street light problems or traffic signal problems. Thank you.
