Description
The wooden barrier at the center of the island on Westgate drive at Huguenot road has been broken by the city when they removed trees. this barrier was put up by the city to stop people from driving across the center island eroding the topsoil and damaging the island. There is also piles of ground up tree stump the city has not moved in the area where they've broken the center barrier
