Description

Significant pothole and dip in road on Monument Ave at Commonwealth and Monument intersection, right-hand, west-bound lane. Significant enough to violently shake house (4500 Monument Ave. Richmond, VA 23230) with passing of trucks/ SUVs and has caused structural damage - cracked window frames (brand new Andersen windows) and interior plaster walls.
