Description

The alley behind our house is flooding and water is flooding into our backyard. I am not sure where the water is coming from. It has not rained in over 5 days.

    An inspection of the alley area was conducted by William Deyo., his report is there is no water or signs of flooding in the area. A brief call to the citizen, Ms. Chipman confirmed the issue has been resolved.
