Description

As requested in my September 22, 2020 request (#DPW0000616) a city tree has grown from the street with major limbs extended that are now sitting/growing on top of my house's roof and doing damage. The tree is also involved with utility lines. I received notice yesterday (January 14, 2021) that the DPWW0000616 service request has been completed but there was no work done on the tree!!!??? Please help. Thank you.
