Description

Sidewalk and my front stoop was damaged by the RVA Utilities when they came to repair the city sewer line. They said they would return in 2 weeks...that was November 30th. They did finally place signs dated repairs 1/13/21....but no one has come to repair. The weather has been sunny and in the mid 50s. Also the sod was removed from the area between sidewalk and street.
