Description
Contractors excavated three 6' x 6' openings in the street 3 to 4 months ago. These turned into potholes that, after several weeks were capped but are now 4" high and worse than the potholes! Why does the City allow contractors to make non-VDOT grade repairs. We are not getting what we pay for and it is disgusting!
