Description
Excessive litter (including a dresser, mattress, couches, and tires) along the Richmond-Henrico Turnpike between Brookland Park Blvd and Valley Road. The couches and tire pictured are just south of Dove. The dresser and mattress are on the edge of the road toward the woods between BPB and Dove. In addition to garbage strewn all along the road, there is a significant pile of trash close to Valley Road.
