Description
Multiple calls and tickets have been placed about this - thing. It’s been laying by the sidewalk for well over 6 months and is now rolling onto the curb/into the road. Can someone PLEASE figure out whose responsibility this is and get it repaired before a car or cyclist hits it and damage is done?

- Staff · May 16, 2021M this is a black cylinder appearing to be Virginia Power line. it is surrounded by caution tape. I will do some research to see who this line belongs to .
