Description

My original request (https://www.rva311.com/rvaone/Requests/ViewRequestDetail?requestId=DPW000068493&type=new_cs180301154109&viewRole=track) was closed but the issue wasn’t resolved. Someone came out and circled the pothole/sinkhole with green paint but it was never filled.
