Description

Hello! There is significant issues with the brick sidewalk on the 100 block of Franklin Street between 1st and Second. There are loose bricks everywhere, holes where someone could fall and hurt themselves, this also currently limits handicap/ADA Accessibility on this part of the sidewalk and bricks could be use to damage property.
