Description
The signal at Monument & Malvern takes over 3 minutes for traffic heading N-W on Malvern. The signal will cycle twice for the E-W traffic on Monument. The signal has been operating this way since last fall. Today was the first chance I had to actually time how long it took for the light to change.

- Staff · January 13, 2021M Investigate and noted all the functions between 9a.m. - 11a.m. The intersection is working as design, no issue found. North/South cleared all cars at an avg. of 16 seconds of green time to do so. East/West - left turns starts cycle with 19 seconds of flashing arrows then 53 seconds of green including ped. walks. Breakdown of 40 sec. walk man & 13 sec. count.
