Description

The ground level of the alley behind my home has been "re-graded" repeatedly and unnecessarily. The alley was "regraded" in 2017, 2019, 2020, and is being done yet again this week. The city's negligent work in adding 3-4" of gravel annually has caused catastrophic flooding and property damage and has rendered my yard unusable. I am asking that the city fix the drainage problem created by this negligent work and stop increasing the grade of this alley.
