Description
Original DPW000050605 was marked completed and closed. Nothing has been done! Orig Descr:My driveway apron/easement and the curbs surrounding it are breaking and sinking into the ground. The bottom of my truck and car drag the ground when crossing it. Making it unusable for the car, and difficult for the truck (Ford 150). Anytime it rains about 20 gallons of water collect in this spot and does not drain down the road. Filed at least 3 request since 2019. Fix the problem! Stop closing tickets! Please fix this problem. Preceding request DPW000050605, DPW000024959. I have been patient for several years. Please stop marking tickets complete without fixing the problem.
