Description
Tree limbs are hanging over in the street and neighbors can't park in that area; the roots of the tree are coming from the ground along with the underground roots that have gone in the pipes; tree was trimmed last year but nothing was done with the underground roots; the neighbor is severally handicap and if she trips and fall it was cause major to the citizen and the COR; DPW000028013 - please see original request; request is URGENT to prevent a danger to elderly resident
