Description

Actually located on 9th street at intersection with Porter but no street address. There are 3 traffic barriers that were used to block parking spaces in november (they are dated 11/18) for a construction crew. The crew left several weeks ago but left theconstruction barriers on the sidewalk blocking the ability to use the sidewalk.
