Description
The south side of E Franklin Street between 29 & 31 had an extensive buildup of natural debris & hasn’t been addressed by the city for numerous yrs. With 7 homes & 12 unit apartment built the past 3 yrs, parking is difficult as the south side of road is unusable. This weekend I cleared the 180 feet of debris & placed in a long neat pile which is about 12’ into the road making it easy for city to pickup. Franklin is scheduled for cleaning this Wed/Thur so pickup of debris before is appreciated.
