Description

Private trash company failed to pick up trash as scheduled on 1/2/21. It’s now snowballing because DPW has failed to provide municipal trash service to legally eligible addresses since 2015, and local residents are dumping on the street. Trash accumulation is on public property, in Walnut Alley.
