Trash is overflowing from bins at Hanes Market located at 3000 Hanes Ave, Richmond, VA 23222. There are no cans outside for customers to put trash in. Trash has accumulated in the parking lot and on sidewalks/streets around the business. Trash also gets thrown onto the vacant property located at 3004 Hanes Ave.
