Description
caller states when crossing a train track at 2nd & Valley Rd there's a low spot on the track that has now damaged his vehicle. He states the radiator hose, radiator and transmission is now damaged. Caller states the street needs to be repaired because the street drops down. The whole street needs repair including the hill. Caller states paint marking were place but that isn't what was needed.
