Additional sign on the rear pole of property between citizen and neighbor to West closer Mulberry Street or move the sign to either pole at the back corner of citizen property; citizen need the sing to be obvious the alley behind his home need to be clear; citizen would like for contractor to contact to make sure sign is placed properly; sign up currently is not sufficient
