Description
On the bike path that runs along Richmond-Henrico Turnpike, just north of E. Brookland Park Blvd., someone has removed two of the metal bollards that are in the middle of the path, leaving the metal flanges in the pathway. I hit one of them the other day and it sent me over the handlebars of my bike. Can someone please either replace the bollards or remove the flanges so no one else has an accident there? Thank you.
