Description
The sidewalk on the east side of N. Dooley Ave between Ellwood and Floyd is so uneven due to roots lifting sections of sidewalk that it is dangerous. This stretch of sidewalk is flat dangerous. I've spray painted orange on many of the areas to help, but it's not enough. Some sections are tilted so high that one side is 6 inches higher than the other. Most of the damage has been caused by the trees the city planted. Trees that were just a horrible choice for a city street that always has cars under them. Cars that are always bombarded with sticks, sap, berries, bird and squirrel debris, etc. Always a mess and they're ugly trees as well
