Description
The city regraded the alley behind 211 W. Blake Ln. over two weeks ago. My yard has not dried out in weeks. The alley regrade does not allow water to flow away from the residence. Instead, the alley regrade has kept my backyard underwater for weeks. My immediate neighbors have dry backyards.
