Description
Alley between Stuart and Kensington Ave on 4000 block is a mess! There is a large, deep pothole that is full of water, mud and muck; alley needs to be leveled and have more gravel spread. As is, residents can’t access trash cans without stepping through thick mud and muck. This is a long-standing issue that has been reported and overlooked/inadequately resolved.
