Description
The hanging limb is caught between other tree limbs and it just hanging. I am afraid that this limb will fall on my husband's vehicle and break his window. This tree is on city property located in front at 1410 North 24th St., (owner lives out of town) My request is just to have someone come and remove the limb. My address is 1408 North 24th St. Thank you.
