Description
4803 Stuart Ave b/w Stuart and Hanover. The alley is in horrible shape. Constant standing water. This is a mosquito hazard. See photos. Also see the photos of neighboring alley ways. All neighboring alley ways are in very good shape. My alley way is horrible. The city came previously and did some minor repair to this alley but did not deposit nearly enough gravel. Honestly, the last repair attempt by the city made the alley way worse. All photos taken 12/26/2020. Dear Sirs, I hope you respond to this soon. This alley way is doing to require a lot of gravel.
