Description
The pedestrian crosswalk signal that goes diagonally across Canal St (from the Gateway Plaza building toward Kanawha Plaza) has been stuck on "12 seconds remaining" for some time, at least a week. It's stuck on "12 seconds" regardless of opposing traffic so it's very confusing. I usually jog by there on Saturdays and it was still stuck as of yesterday 12/26. Thanks.
