Description

There has been water seeping up from the road for several days (could have been longer). We are concerned there may be a water main break. Today, when we were walking, we noticed the water has frozen creating a significant slip and fall hazard in the roadway. P.S. I tried to submit this earlier, but my email dropped out. I apologize if this is a duplicate.
