claim regarding hole in sidewalk at 3089 decatur st richmond va 23224. indicates while walking his girlfriends foot and her entire leg went into the hole resulting in neighbors assistance to pull her out of hole. advised to contact non emergency police as well.

    I am going back to this location and advise citizen that this is a DPU issue. There is a large hole (beside) the sidewalk. I will contact DPU and place a cone at the location. The request will be closed.
