Description
Short term: Alley needs immediate pothole repair. Water remains long after rain ends so that you drive your car through mud for days. Long term: Alley needs drainage addressed and sub-grade improvement. I know, I've lived here for twenty-five years and 'the song remains the same'. Assistance would be much appreciated.
