Description

Traffic signal for traffic westbound on Robin Hood Rd. - trigger seems to need adjustment? Westbound signal straight across Arthur Ashe Blvd. turned green every 3rd cycle, causing long backups on Robin Hood Rd. past the Ashe Center. Protected left-turn signal from Robin Hood Rd. onto Arthur Ashe Blvd. remained red throughout all cycles, forcing drivers to turn left on red while westbound traffic went straight on green.

    Investigate and have started an action plan. We installed 2 new 12mm lens, programmed, watched and tested all functions. Also set up a DVR for future study. Adjustments will be made as needed.
