Description

A new bicycle lane has been made on N 1st St between E Clay and E Marshall. In doing so a parking space was marked in front of the alley on N 1st St. When cars park in that spot the alley is completely blocked. It also makes it almost impossible to exit from the alley on the opposite side of the street. Please remove the parking space. 409 NOT 419
