Description
There needs to be a longer pause from red to green when lights change to allow more time for people see if it is safe to go. I have lived close by for a year and have seen firsthand two accidents. Further more my wife and I were almost hit by a car running the red light on Forest Hill as we walked across the street having proper authority to do so with a white cross walk light. The car in question almost hit us after we had walked half way across the street and the light had been red for awhile
