Caller is in wheelchair and can't roll from ramp to street due to uneven sidewalk; curb also need to be flaten in order to roll into street;; caller had a handicap ramp installed and it was placed on grass and very lumpy the caller can't use wheelchair to get into her house due to construction; home # (804) 728-3699

  Citizen has a handicap ramp that is not accessible due to an uneven sidewalk; citizen is in jeopardy of toppling over in her wheelchair; citizen was able to use back entrance to her home but there is construction in the back entrance of her house that has created a bigger hazard of citizen getting into house; citizen goes to a center daily and the van picks her up; with the front and back entrance not easily assessible the citizen have very deep concerns of getting into her home daily; please investigate as soon as possible to avoid the citizen being in danger of toppling over in her wheelchair from the back or front entrance of her home.
