Description

Ms. Belfield stated she has a house near the 4700 block of Caldwell Ave she doesn’t live there but she wants to know why no one is being enforced to pick up the trash in the alley. She said they use the back alley to get in the houses and it’s awful. She would like someone to clean the alley.
