Message: Hello! There is a tree that has some precarious looking branches that i am afraid will some day fall. It is located between 1504 Avondale Ave and 1506 Avondale Ave in Richmond, 23227. It is a city tree i believe as it is on the curb. How do i go about getting someone to inspect it and maintain it as needed? Thank you for your time. Mary Louise Lyons
