Description

Pothole/ sinkhole in right-hand, west-bound lane of Monument Ave at the intersection of Monument and Commonwealth. Directly in front of house #4500 Monument Ave Richmond VA 23230. House has suffered structural damage as a result of violent shaking as trucks pass (cracked window frames have been repaired twice in the past three months).
