Description

This is the signal at the intersection of Chippenham Pkwy and Custis Rd. The light for southbound traffic on Chippenham regularly turns red for no reason (no traffic on Custis trips the signal). The signal remains green for northbound traffic on Chippenham. It is extremely irritating to be stopped for no reason.
