Description

Citizen stated that right outside her home but on the city property, there is a concrete sidewalk and there is a very large hole that a 2 year old can easily fall (that's how big the hole is). The exact location is the grass area towards the curb on the street in front of her house. Citizen fell into a hole and hurt her knee. can we escalate this?
