Description
I request the alley behind my home be paved also, as the City of Richmond is doing today, 12/13/2020, in the 5200 block of Devonshire Rd (which is next block from me). It was required I choose a subtype on this request.; but my request is for a paved alley not gravel. Every time large trucks, pickup trucks, fast moving cars go down alley - gravel is sprayed everywhere including my yard.
