Description
This road has been listed as POOR condition for so long! It is a rutted mishmash of potholes that once in a while is covered with gravel to pretend it has been fixed. It's a disgrace and in constant use by residents, emergency vehicles and visitors to the James River Park System. It is Hathaway Road between Montauk Dr. and Shawnee Road and beyond. Horrible!
