Description

ALLEY IS CONSTANTLY WITH WATER STANDING AND HAS CAUSED ALLEY DAMAGE DUE TO A CARWASH ACROSS THE ALLEY BEHIND VALERO GAS STATION. THERE ARE CARS PARKED IN THE ALLEYWAY ALL THE TIME.THIS BUSINESS HAS NOT BEEN ZONED FOR A CARWASH AND DOES NOT HAVE PROPER CARWASH DRIAINAGE. THIS WATER HAS INCREASED THE DAMAGE TO THE ASPHALT AND CAUSES WATER TO BE THROWN ON PEOPLE WALKING DOWN THE ALLEY FROM CARS. IT IS NOW HARD TO EVEN PUSH BABY STROLLERS WHILE WALKING DOWN THE ALLEY.SUNKEN,BROKEN AND CRACKED
