Description

I have requested several times for the cobblestones in Exchange Alley to be Repaired. These are historic cobblestones near the old Virginia State Capitol. There are 2 instances of destruction of cobblestones, one from the city and one from Republic Services a waste management company. The cobblestones destroyed by the city were filled in with asphalt as an unprofessional attempt to repair the alley by ill trained workers. The other stones have been damaged by dump trucks and dumpsters.
