Description

Exchange Alley has had litter for months inside of it. This is a public alley that has been destroyed by residents and waste management companies. Ive sent multiple request for the area to be cleaned and none have been answered. There are rats, garbage, food and furniture scattered all through out the area and this is a health issue during a global pandemic. Please have the area cleaned, the cobblestones repaired and make the responsible parties liable. I will notify local news as well.
