Description

This tree was struck by lightening many years ago and has been hollow and mostly dead since. Large branches break off frequently close to cars and pedestrians. We've put in multiple requests to have this taken down. Today I got a notice from 3-1-1 that "tree and stump were removed" however the tree is still there so that's a lie. It is the 2nd tree down the median in front of 4500 Stuart Ave. it is very clearly nearly dead looking and the only blackened hollowed out tree at that address.
