- System · August 9, 2021Need to follow up on a request placed a year ago in reference to a sidewalk in the front of her house that floods due to the way the rainwater settles. Water floods and in the winter time the area ices over. Caller states the sidewalk is slanted and needs repair. Caller is hoping to get this resolved before the weather breaks for the winter.
